DESCRIPTION:Experience joy through movement. This introduction to T’ai Chi Chih is fun, invigorating, and relaxing! The exercise is a gentle moving meditation or mindful movement that consists of 19 movements and a pose. T’ai Chi Chih has many benefits, including, but certainly not limited to: circulating and balancing the internal energy (Chi), which in turn boosts health and well-being; increasing our physical energy; improving balance, flexibility, and stamina; promoting longevity and improving the quality of life; as well as expanding our creativity and awareness. The method is approved by the Arthritis Foundation. Accredited instructor Siobhan Hutchinson ’09 was certified in China and holds a Master of Arts in Holistic Health from GCU.Location:Wellness Center, Dance Studio IIDate:October  15 , 22, 29; November 5, 12 (Thursdays)Time:6:30pm - 8:00pmCost:       New rate $201 session$100 per person for the five-session course.
