| NewsTRIO Alumni Reunion in Washington, D.C.
The Council for Opportunity in Education is proud to announce its hosting of the Annual Alumni Reunion and Networking Reception on Friday, September 19th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at their 27th Annual Conference at the Washington Hilton and Towers in Washington, D.C. The reunion is designed to connect (and reconnect) alumni with one another, with program directors attending the conference, and with the TRIO advocacy events of the council.

Georgian Court – Meridian Health 4-yr BSN program approved
The State Board of Nursing has just approved the Georgian Court - Meridian Health School of Nursing to provide a four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) program to launch this fall, 2008.

Career Development Services: Applying to Graduate School Date: September 16, 2008 The process of applying to graduate school should not be taken lightly. Like everything else worth having, it will require some hard work. But it is not a difficult task when approached with adequate planning. This workshop will discuss recommended timelines for the application process as well as criteria to weigh when considering a graduate program. Other topics will include possible tests needed for admission, the development of the personal statement, and exploring financial aid.
Alumni Speaker Series: Give Yourself Credit Date: September 16, 2008 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM Are you looking to learn about how to better manage your credit? This seminar, presented by Christine Graziano ’07, could be exactly what you are looking for! Whether you are still in school or have been working for years, this seminar may be for you.
