Optimal Resume is a web-based resume builder designed for universities that enables alumni and students to easily create high-impact Microsoft Word resumes that can be uploaded to major job boards like MonsterTrak and Experience.
INSTRUCTIONS: Optimal Resume is made available to GCU alumni and students only. Students may use their GCU e-mail address in order to log in to Optimal Resume. Once logged in, click on "Get Started”. Then, click “continue”.
Alumni must first login to the alumni online community and then return to this page to see the special login instructions below for Optimal Resume.
Fill out your User Profile. This section will assist the Career Development Office in assisting you now and in the future.
Next click on “Create New Resume” and begin working on your resume.
NOTE: It is critical to read and follow the instructions at the top of each screen while creating your resume. If you get stuck on a section, click on “examples” and there will be assistance for you.
